What can you expect?

1. Order Confirmation - You'll receive a confirmation email with all of your delivery details (date, time, location, etc) and how you can make changes
2. Order Deadline - Thursday at midnight! You can edit, cancel, or skip the upcoming delivery to best suit your needs
3. News & Recipes - You will receive an email with the week's Harvest Box contents as well as helpful recipes.
4. Payment - We will run your card the day before your delivery.
5. Order Packed - You will receive an email the night before your delivery alerting you that your order is packed and ready for delivery!

Can I change my Harvest Box week-to-week?

• YES! That's the great thing about Patches of Earth. We know that sometimes (especially during those busy summer months) your schedule gets busy and you need to pause your subscription for a week.
• You can easily do this by select "Edit Order" at the top of the page. This is visible on any page on Patches of Earth.
• You can also add items to your order by following this same process.

What comes in a Harvest Box?

• You get at least 6 to 8 types of produce and 2-3 servings of protein (if you've selected the Harvest Box that comes with protein).
• This is typically enough to feed a couple of a small family for a week.

What is a Harvest Box Subscription?

• A Harvest Box is a one time, weekly, bi weekly or monthly delivery where the freshest meat and produce are picked by the farmer and included in a package for you to take home and enjoy with friends and family.
• The Harvest Box not only provides you with the seasons freshest ingredients, but you also support your local farmers.

How does a Harvest Box Work?

• Patches of Earth offers two types of Harvest Boxes. One with only vegetables that are grown by our partners at Chicano Sol. The other includes veggies from Chicano Sol and meat from EcoFriendly Foods.
• You choose how often you'd like to receive your Harvest Box (weekly or every two weeks), which product you'd like (see above), and how you'd like to receive it (pick-up location).
• The farmers we work with will pick the best products from the field for that week and fill-up your Harvest Box. You get at least 6 to 8 types of produce and 2-3 servings of protein. This is typically enough to feed a couple of a small family for at least a week.
• The produce is picked over the weekend at the Chicano Sol farm in PA, is cleaned and bagged, and brought to you at your designated pick-up location.
• All along the way, you will receive reminder emails to change/pause/edit your order, confirmation the Harvest Box has been packed, confirmation when your payment method has been charged, and when the order has been shipped or is out for delivery to your pick-up location.

Where can I pick-up my Harvest Box? Can I get it delivered to my house?

• We're delivering them to your home if you live in the metro-D.C. area!
• We also have several office buildings that we've partnered with, so we can deliver it right to your office!
